I declare that I am physically healthy and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the workshop. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor before attending if I have any health concerns. - Emergency Medical Consent:
In the event of an emergency, I agree to receive any medical treatment that healthcare professionals deem necessary, and I understand that all costs associated with the treatment are my own responsibility.

My personal data is stored securely and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or required to process payments. The business name MakAkro only stores my data for as long as it is necessary for these purposes and in accordance with EU GDPR requirements. - Right to withdraw consent:
