The day begins with a full warm-up and individual training on:
✔️ Handstands, jumps, timing, drills
✔️ Solo and duo technique building

Advanced paired training focuses on:
🔸 Canonball H2H
🔸 Falling back to H2H
🔸 Extended & connected H2H
🔸 Jaeger to F2H/H2H
🔸 Saltos, layouts, Diamitov, Figa, one-arm work, and capricorn entries

Intermediate focus areas include:
🔸 Podcheska, F2H, basic H2H
🔸 Timing, control, confidence drills
🔸 Dynamic basics: tempo, catching, salto progressions
🔸 Free training & personal elements welcome

Beginner levels are welcome to test their limits, too!
